You want to consume a ton of fruit every day and lots of different kinds of fruit so you can benefit from the different phytonutrients, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
Also, try eating extra huge salads every day and lots of all fruit smoothies. Your weight is going to drop off and your health is going to skyrocket.
