New Day

Well I got up this morning and made my green smoothie. spinach, broccoli, apple, banana, 3 strawberries, and a bit of mango.
mid morning snack I sliced some watermelon.
For lunch I prepared 1/2 green pepper, a carrot, and 2 celery stalks. and maybe a mango. I have heard not to mix fruits and veggies but I am still researching this.
I am excited, I am sure this is going to go well. I feel really confident as long as I remember to prepare ahead of time.
I am reading Raw Food Life Force Energy by Natalia Rose right now. It is very interesting. I am learning a lot. She does not necessarily promote being 100% raw. She has a recipe section I have not gotten to as of yet but I find her point of view interesting and I am going to be doing some more research.
