Day 5 on Raw Food Diet – 11 Weeks Pregnant



I found out the culprit that has been causing my nausea. It turns out that every time I would eat that flax bread i’ve been making i’d have to throw up.

It looks like I wont be making that anymore! I think I may just stick to Ezekiel Bread for my grain needs for a little while.

I weighed myself this morning and am a 139.6 lbs which means I have lost (0.6 lbs) over the past 5 days. If I wasn’t pregnant i’d be a bit upset, but since I am not trying to lose weight I am not going to worry about it.

This morning I got up and had a green smoothie with Organic Spinach, Organic Spring Mix Greens, Bananas, and a Frozen Berry mix of Raspberries, Blueberries & Blackberries.

After that I snacked on a Grapefruit then ate a ripe Avocado. Later on I snacked on a bit of Watermelon.

For lunch I made another Green Smoothie this time with Mangos instead of berries.

I started feeling really sick later in the afternoon so I made two sandwiches on Ezekiel bread with Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes and Avocado. It was very tasty.
