Another week Raw!



First, I have a confession to make, yesterday I made some rice krispy treats for my kids, and I did eat 2 of them….but that’s it!  It was a day of fasting so I didn’t eat breakfast and lunch, and dinner was a wonderful green smoothie loaded with spinach, strawberries, pineapple, mango, and bananas.  It tastes so good that my 11 year old son begs me to make him one, so today, I made one for the both of us.

I can really tell a difference in the way I feel and look, today my clothes are really loose, what a great feeling!  I can also see a difference in my face, that seems to be the first place I gain and lose.

8 days on a raw food diet and I feel great, no cravings, I am not feeling deprived in any way, I don’t dwell on thoughts of food, I am finding this to be the easiest way to lose weight I have ever tried.
